Mr. Keranen was born in 1950 in Bemidji, Minnesota. He is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Wisconsin and Florida, as well as in the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Keranen is also a licensed professional engineer in Michigan (1976). Mr. Keranen’s practice is concentrated on all aspects on construction industry legal matters, including claims involving acceleration, delay and disruption, surety bond and construction liens, federal procurement law, architect and engineering malpractice defense, and other related matters. Mr. Keranen also serves as an arbitrator and mediator on the AAA’s Construction Panels. |
